• The claim can be made till 31st March 2025 only.
• Jabsons Clay Roasted peanut butter/ spread has to be compared with any other Peanut Butter. If you find other Peanut Butter better in taste, you may claim your money back.
• The offer is valid only on 320g and 350g Jabsons Clay Roasted Peanut butter/spread jar.
• Please complete the Google form for the refund process. Our customer care executive will advise and help you in the process (Working hour Mon to Sat 9 Am to 6 Pm).
• Pictures of Jabsons Clay Roasted peanut butter/ spread jar (should be >80% full) and other Peanut Butter jar (should be at least 20% full) have to be uploaded.
• A clear picture of the invoice (abided by Indian law) with name of retailer, purchase price and date of purchase has to be uploaded.
• After the form is submitted, we will arrange for a pickup of the Jar. The cost of pickup will be paid by the company.
• Money back will be done by UPI (G-pay, BHIM, Paytm, etc.), for the price paid to the retailer (up to MRP), within a period of 10 working days from the receipt of the product and subject to fulfilling of all T&C.
• We will not accept any liability for additional costs associated with the Refund.
• This is a consumer promotion only and neither retailers nor wholesalers may apply.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion run by Jabsons in respect of the product.
• The claims will be settled by Jabsons Foods Pvt. Ltd. not by any retailer.

• Jabsons Foods reserves the right to end this promotion at any time. You can still claim under these terms for any eligible purchase made until the termination date.
• These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts, tribunals, for a, applicable authorities at Bharuch. The place of jurisdiction shall be exclusively in Bharuch.
